What GalaxySwap is
GalaxySwap is an interface. It helps you find a route, build a transaction, and hand that transaction to your own wallet to sign. The swaps, bridges and liquidity positions themselves happen on public blockchains and in third-party protocols that GalaxySwap does not operate.
We never hold your funds
GalaxySwap is non-custodial. It has no ability to move your assets, and no part of the service holds a private key for you. Every transaction requires your explicit approval in your own wallet, and nothing happens without it.
Third-party protocols
Routing and execution rely on services and smart contracts operated by others — currently LI.FI for swaps and bridging, and Uniswap V3 for liquidity. Their availability, their pricing and the correctness of their contracts are outside our control. A failure in one of them can cause a transaction to fail or to settle differently than previewed.
Fees
GalaxySwap charges an integrator fee of 0.2% on swaps, on top of any fee charged by the underlying protocol or network. The fee is shown in the quote before you sign; if you do not sign, you are not charged anything.
Not investment advice
Nothing shown in the interface — prices, projected returns, impermanent-loss estimates or any other figure — is a recommendation to trade or to provide liquidity. Estimates are calculations over current on-chain state, not predictions, and the actual result of a transaction can differ.
Risks you take on
Using this interface exposes you to at least the following, none of which we can undo:
- Smart contract risk — a bug or exploit in a third-party protocol can cause loss of funds.
- Impermanent loss — a liquidity position can be worth less than simply holding the two tokens.
- Bridge risk — cross-chain transfers depend on bridges, which have historically been a common point of failure.
- Irreversibility — a confirmed on-chain transaction cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else.
Warranty and liability
The interface is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we do not warrant that a quote, an estimate or a preview will match what a transaction actually settles at — on-chain state moves between the moment you are shown a number and the moment your transaction is mined.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of funds, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the interface. That includes losses caused by a third-party protocol or bridge, by a blockchain network, by your own wallet or key management, or by a transaction you chose to sign. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the integrator fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
Who may use this
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You must not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting for anyone in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be a person listed on any applicable sanctions list.
Whether using an interface like this one is lawful where you are is your responsibility to determine. We do not check, and the rules for this kind of service differ sharply between countries.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
That is a choice of which law applies, and it does not take away any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is when the current version took effect, and using the interface after that date means you accept it. If a change materially affects what you are agreeing to, we will say so on this page rather than change it quietly.
